Encephalartos Ferox

Encephalartos ferox is a striking cycad with a bold crown of stiff, divided leaves and a sculptural, prehistoric character. It makes an exceptional focal point in a warm, spacious collection. Provide bright light, excellent drainage and cautious watering; mature plants may develop dramatic cones, though this is not guaranteed.
