Customers should never share OTPs, card PINs, UPI PINs or banking passwords with Scenescape staff or anyone claiming to represent Scenescape.

Scenescape may receive enquiries or orders from customers outside India and may work with logistics, payment, communication, cloud, hosting or service providers located in India or outside India.

Even after opting out of promotional communications, you may still receive transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations, invoices, delivery updates, payment confirmations, project communications, safety notices and legal notices.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, tags, stories or feedback relating to Scenescape, we may use such content for customer support, service improvement, marketing, website display, social media, portfolio and business records, subject to applicable law and platform settings.

You should not share content that includes personal data of another person without their permission. You should not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing or confidential content.

If you want us to remove a testimonial, review, photograph or social media content shared by you and controlled by Scenescape, you may contact us. Removal may be subject to platform limitations, legal records and archival requirements.

Scenescape may use CCTV or photography at its nursery, office, storage areas, project sites or events for safety, security, inventory protection, project documentation, quality control, training, portfolio creation and dispute resolution.

For private residence projects, Scenescape will take reasonable care not to disclose sensitive personal details publicly without consent. For commercial, institutional, government or public-facing projects, Scenescape may use project photographs and descriptions in its portfolio unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.

CCTV footage and project photographs may be retained for a reasonable period depending on safety, security, legal, project or business requirements.
